This 2.5 hour walking and official Vivid Light Cruise package, starts with a celebration of Hika Rakuyo. A Japanese concept that uses flowers and falling leaves as a metaphor for the transient beauty of life. Told through an eight-minute holographic light and laser show, admire the story of native Australian flowers blooming across the dark water of the bay.

You will be met by one of our friendly staff who will guide you to Cockle Bay Wharf. Once there, the Hika Rakuyo begins. It is a true reminder of the beauty of flowers, their fragility and the crucial role they play in our ecosystem. An awe-inspiring reminder of our own transience and connection to the natural world.

After watching this 8 minute spectacle, you will be escorted around the beautiful Darling Harbour boardwalk gasping in all that the Vivid precinct has to offer, before boarding an officially partnered Vivid Light Cruise vessel to start your 1.5 hour cruise tour around Sydney Harbour. (Approx. 10 minute walk from Cockle Bay Wharf to King Street Wharf where you will embark/disembark the cruise).
Our officially partnered Vivid Festival Glow Boat will allow you to enjoy a colourful light playground featuring 3D projections, interactive art sculptures and illuminated skyscrapers. Not only are prime views of the VIVID light show part of your experience, but you will also enjoy unlimited drinks during your cruise! (Beer, red & white wine, bubbles or soft drink). Onboard we will serve a delicious menu provided by Marina Café & Bar including:
